Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in eastern Washington near Cheney. The role supports elementary students across three preschool classrooms and two Autism/IDD classrooms, within a collaborative educational team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• SLPA candidates with relevant school or healthcare background are also welcome
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, including specialized and inclusive classroom settings
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with fellow SLPs, classroom teachers, and support staff for optimal student outcomes
• Engage families and caregivers in the therapeutic process
