Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for travel assignments in school settings, based in Medford, Oregon. The clinician will perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in alignment with each student’s plan of care and physician orders.

Active SLP licensure in the assignment state is required; CCC-SLP is preferred and may be mandated by state or contract. Compliance with professional standards and relevant health screenings are also required.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
