Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in the Eugene, Oregon area, covering two high schools and one elementary school. The role offers premium compensation, non-taxable stipends, travel assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

The position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, development of IEPs, and regular family communication, with on-site duties alternating between campuses and supportive remote/virtual guidance from the SLP team.

Qualifications

• Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred.
• School-based SLP experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Interest or experience in feeding/swallowing (safe eating) and AAC is beneficial.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload (approximately 33 students).
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in life skills and social development programs.
• Alternate weekly between Westmoreland and Lane campuses.
• Work independently onsite, with robust virtual and monthly support from the SLP team.
• Collaborate with special educators, paraprofessionals, and other support staff.
• Develop IEPs, maintain documentation, and communicate with families as needed.
