Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based travel assignments in Richmond, VA. The role includes evaluating students and delivering therapy per the individual plan of care, in accordance with orders from the treating physician. Applicants must hold active SLP licensure in the assignment state.

CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by contract. CPR, health certificates, and compliance with professional standards are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment is required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Must comply with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
