Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Santa Clara, NM. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized plans and working with a clinical team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across patients.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
