Job summary
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Brockton, Massachusetts. The role involves evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients, with a collaborative rehab team and a focus on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours, and requires Massachusetts SLP licensure and BLS.
Qualifications
- Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Treat communication, cognitive-linguistic, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide dysphagia management and patient/caregiver education.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, PT, OT, and case management.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
