Job summary

Soliant is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment in Yorktown, Virginia. This role offers flexible, full-time hours, competitive compensation, non-taxable stipends, travel assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible state SLP license
• CCC or CFY candidates welcome
• Pediatric experience in school or healthcare settings
• Proficiency in developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
• Document progress and maintain detailed records adhering to state and district guidelines
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP development
