• Required: Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Texas, Current BLS (AHA/ARC)
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and CCC-SLP

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and patient goals
• Document progress and maintain EMR records
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Maintain infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions
• Engage in quality assurance and professional development activities
