Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech-language and swallowing disorders across a diverse patient population.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Record progress and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
