Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Whitehall, Wisconsin. The role includes evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders across ages, with 40 hours per week and dayshift hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s Degree or higher of Speech Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
• Speech Language Pathology experience, but New Grads are welcome to apply
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and progress notes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercises.
