Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Mattoon, IL. The role is 13 weeks long, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour day shift. Immediate opening requires experience and appropriate certifications; BLS and ASHA-SLP certification with state licensing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience required; new grads may apply with appropriate background.
• Must hold ASHA-SLP Certification and state licensing.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Perform screenings to detect voice or speech disorders.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders and causes.
• Document progress and status per guidelines.
