Qualifications

• Required: Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Required: Current BLS (American Heart Association) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across patients.
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments and goals.
• Document progress and maintain EMR records accurately.
