Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Pueblo, CO. The role requires a state license and CCC-SLP, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts. Travel position includes comprehensive benefits and a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current CCC-SLP, and are eligible for licensure and BLS certification. Start ASAP through the duration of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current CCC-SLP certification (CCS).
• Experience welcomed; new grads considered.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers on strategies and home exercises.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain infection control, safety and regulatory standards during therapy.
• Engage in quality assurance and ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
