Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Mitchell, SD. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups, creating personalized therapy plans with ongoing progress tracking.

Responsibilities include collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, patient and family education, and maintaining detailed EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Must hold current BLS (AHA/ARC).
• New grads welcome to apply; CCC-SLP preferred for seniority.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans with thorough documentation.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain safe, infection-controlled treatment environments.
