Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to work in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

The contract spans 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a focus on OASIS, patient evaluation, and plan of care in home health settings. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Arkansas.
• CPR certified or able to obtain.
• Experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health SLP services to patients in designated territory.
• Assess and treat patients per OASIS/home health requirements.
• Collaborate with care teams and document care in charting.
