Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Front Royal, VA. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and travel benefits with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with clinical teams, and support patients across settings. Licensure and BLS are required; advanced credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Document progress and maintain EMR accuracy.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
