Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice or license eligibility.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (CCC-ASHA) or eligibility for ASHA Clinical Fellow.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsabilités

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedule; complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physicians to select the best therapeutic regimen.

Formation
