Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in Salinas, California. The role supports 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and travel for assignments.

We offer first-day medical, dental and vision benefits, a housing stipend, license reimbursement, and relocation assistance to eligible candidates. CFY candidates are welcome and supervision is provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state licensure as an SLP (pending acceptable).
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide patient-centered therapy services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
