Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Salinas, California. The role entails evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders, with a focus on evidence-based therapy and family education.

You will work 40 hours per week on days, in a facility setting, under a travel schedule. The ideal candidate holds a CA SLP license, CCC-SLP, and BLS certification, with Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license as per state regulations (CA)
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) as required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols during therapy
