Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Millsboro, DE. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include a valid SLP license and current BLS; Master’s degree and CCC-SLP are preferred. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and travel support are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification (preferred)
• SLP experience welcomed (new grads considered)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency and swallowing disorders.
• Design individualized therapy plans based on findings and goals.
• Monitor progress and document in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment adhering to infection control and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance.
