AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship School in Westminster, MD. The contract supports school-based services with direct therapy, assessments, and IEP development across individual and group settings.

The role requires collaboration with teachers and parents, ongoing progress monitoring, and training for staff on integration of speech goals in classrooms. Travel assignment with housing benefits may be included.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• New grads accepted.
• State SLP license in state of residence preferred.
• Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement IEPs with goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom.
