Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a contract assignment in Fargo, North Dakota. This 13-week travel role involves 40 hours per week, dayshift, and 8-hour shifts in a SNF/LTC setting. Candidates must be an SLP-CCC with licensure in process if not yet licensed.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and a focus on delivering high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with physician orders.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license or in process for SLP licensure.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care.
• Eligibility for SLP-CCC credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Set realistic goals to develop or recover communication and swallowing skills.
• Collaborate with team to implement the care plan across settings.
