TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Mound City, MO. The role runs for 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week on days and a travel employment type. Immediate opening with 1 year experience preferred; 6 months considered for exceptional candidates.

Must have BLS, ASHA-SLP certification and state licensing. As an SLP you will evaluate and develop care plans for patients with speech, voice or swallowing impairments in an acute care setting, performing

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred; 6 months may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• BLS and ASHA-SLP National Certification with state licensing required.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and prevent speech, language and swallowing disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans and conduct screenings.
• Educate patients and families about speech disorders and causes.
• Provide timely documentation following state/insurance guidelines.
