Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Victoria, TX. The SLP will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, implementing personalized therapy plans and documenting progress in the EMR.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology required or preferred.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred; other licensure/certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards during therapy sessions.
