Qualifications

• Valid SLP license in the state of North Dakota
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred or required by employer

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs based on findings and patient goals
• Document progress in the EMR and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
