Fusion Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Tuba City, AZ. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, delivering individualized therapy plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a valid SLP license and BLS certification; preferred CCC-SLP and Master’s degree. Excellent patient care and documentation are essential for success in this travel position.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluations and goals.
• Document progress in the EMR and adjust plans as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safe treatment environment following infection control guidelines.
