Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Paducah, KY. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages, developing individualized therapy plans and collaborating with the clinical team.

The role requires an active SLP license and current BLS certification; CCC-SLP and new grad applicants are welcome with relevant credentials. Travel position with comprehensive benefits and support.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license per state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred for better chances.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Design individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Document progress in EMR and communicate with care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Maintain infection control and safety during therapy.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
