Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Red Bud, IL. Start ASAP; 40 hours per week, days shift, 8-hour blocks, travel employment.

You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in diverse patient populations, collaborating with a clinical team. Illinois licensure and BLS are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Illinois.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs based on evaluations.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the EMR and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and home exercise programs.
