Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment in Pleasant Hills, California. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across age groups, collaborating with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher of Speech Language Pathology (preferred).
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) (preferred).
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations.
• Design personalized therapy programs based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation in the electronic medical record and monitor progress.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
