American Traveler is hiring a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist for a night shift position in a sleep lab. The role requires an RPSGT certification and at least two years of sleep tech experience, with the ability to work independently and handle patients aged 5 and up.

Responsibilities include performing sleep studies in a 4-bed lab, using EPIC EMR and Natus Sleepworks on a Level 3 trauma facility unit, with 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Current RPSGT certification via BRPT.
• Current BLS certification through AHA.
• Minimum 2 years of sleep tech experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 4-bed sleep lab within the Respiratory Care & Sleep Center.
• Acute care setting at a Level 3 trauma facility.
• Perform sleep studies on patients aged 5 and up.
• Uses EPIC EMR and Natus Sleepworks equipment.
• 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Weekend shifts needed but not on a rotational basis.
• No call requirements.
• No floating to other units/departments.
• Must be comfortable working independently without direct supervision.
