Job summary

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist for a night shift in an acute care sleep lab. 2+ years of sleep disorders experience required. Shifts are 12 hours, 3 nights per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours and no weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sleep disorders experience.

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting with a Level 2 trauma designation
• Sleep Tech unit performing sleep studies
• 4 sleep beds with a 1:2 technologist-to-patient ratio
• Administers treatments including CPAP, O2, and Bilevel therapy
• Utilizes Natus Xltek sleep testing equipment and ResMed PAP machines
• Charts using EPIC (One Chart) EMR
• Night shift schedule, 3 nights per week, 12-hour shifts
• No weekends or holidays required
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
