Ardor pays double-time on the taxable hourly rate for hours worked between the facility's 35-hour guarantee and 40 hours. The double-time rate is $49.04/hour.

Compensation is preliminary and subject to confirmation of GSA stipend limits, tax-free eligibility and final approval.
