Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Travel SNF Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver therapy services in diverse Skilled Nursing Facility settings across the region.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility, sensation, and activity levels; document progress, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure adherence to treatment plans while enjoying travel opportunities and flexible work

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active State License, and possibly BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential.
