Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Westfield, New Jersey. The position runs for 13 weeks with a 40-hour work week and a standard 8-hour shift (08:30–16:30).

Qualifications

• Ability to document in EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in SNF settings with mobility, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ADL tasks under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Support rehabilitation goals and progress through evidence-based techniques.
• Communicate patient status and progress to PT and care team; complete EMR documentation.
