Qualifications

Must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
Ability to work 40 hours per week with varying shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic services to patients as directed by the supervising PT.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.

for the following shift(s): Days
