The Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to focus on patient recovery and mobility under licensed Physical Therapist supervision. You will assist patients in SNFs across diverse settings, aiming to improve movement and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, SNF experience, and possibly BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required for practice.
