Northshore Home Health Care seeks a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support patients nationwide. The role involves traveling to diversified SNFs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and ensure high-quality care in residential settings while collaborating with therapists, nurses, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License.
• BLS Certification may be required.

Responsibilities
