CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is hiring a Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist. You will deliver therapy services in skilled nursing facilities, assess patient progress, and contribute to rehabilitation goals across diverse locations nationwide.

Ideal candidates hold a DPT or related PT degree, possess an active state license, and may need BLS certification. Expect travel, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits with support from a dedicated recruiter.
