Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Ashland, Wisconsin. The position is 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

You'll support patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while enjoying the travel experience, comprehensive benefits, housing options, and relocation assistance through our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required (AHA/ARC).
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions as part of a 13-week travel assignment.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
