Job summary

3FM is seeking a hands-on Signage Installer to join our field team. You will install architectural, ADA, wayfinding, and identification signage in commercial and industrial settings, reading drawings and installation details to ensure precision.

You will travel as needed (including out-of-state), follow safety procedures, and document progress using tablets and laptops. A high school diploma, valid license, and ability to pass screenings are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass drug screening.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Willingness to travel ~85% of the time (overnight/out-of-state).

Responsibilities

• Install architectural, ADA, wayfinding, identification, and other signage in commercial/industrial environments.
• Maintain a productive pace while completing work accurately and safely.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and installation details.
• Follow safety procedures and project-specific standards.
• Use tablets, laptops, and mobile devices to document progress and update project status.
• Coordinate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
• Use hand and power tools, ladders, lifts, and related equipment safely.
• Prepare installation areas and verify sign locations.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Travel to project locations, including frequent out-of-state travel.
