Job summary

Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is seeking traveling laborers to join their team for shutdown and turnaround projects across the country.

These laborers will support welders and supervisors during power plant maintenance, assisting with rigging, demo, cleanup, and equipment handling. Ideal candidates are hardworking, eager to travel, and ready to work in challenging environments with all tools and PPE provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or construction experience preferred.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders and work at heights.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work long shifts.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Support welders and supervisors during shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Assist with rigging, demos, cleanup and equipment handling.
• Travel to projects nationwide and work in challenging environments.
