C&M Dredging Inc. – Travel Position (Southeast U.S.) is seeking motivated Construction Laborers and Shoremen to support dredging and marine construction projects across Florida and the Southeast.

This travel-based role involves working on dredging crews with 100% paid travel and lodging, and daily per diem. If you enjoy outdoor work, being part of a crew, and learning heavy equipment and marine construction, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced candidates welcome.
• Experience in construction, marine work, landscaping, or heavy labor preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work with or without supervision.
• Willing to travel out of town up to 45 days at a time, including some weekends and holidays.
• Equipment operating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties supporting dredging and marine construction operations.
• Assist with dredge pipeline setup, movement, and maintenance.
• Perform pressure washing, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist operators and crew with tools, materials, and project setup.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
• Communicate regularly with the foreman and superintendent.
• Support additional construction and project needs as directed.
