Soliant is seeking Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for a travel-friendly full-time (with part-time options) role in Montrose, CO for the 2026/2027 school year. You'll support elementary students with SLPA services while enjoying health, dental, and vision coverage and hourly pay of $32-$36, plus travel stipends for eligible candidates.

This position offers flexible scheduling, allowing three days per week minimum, and the chance to explore Western Colorado while building your clinical

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license is required.
• Experience or strong interest with elementary school-aged children.
• School-setting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with others.
• Passion for helping children improve communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Work with elementary school caseloads on individualized therapy plans.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support teachers and families with communication strategies.
• Collaborate with educational staff and participate in team meetings.
