Job description

This position is ideal for a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) seeking to make a positive difference across multiple campuses. Enjoy a manageable schedule with a minimum commitment of three days per week, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and benefiting from the opportunity to work with both elementary students and one high school student utilizing AAC technology.

Key Qualifications:

• Active, valid Colorado SLPA license (be prepared to provide a screenshot as proof)
• Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
• Familiarity with AAC devices is a plus, especially supporting individualized high school student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language support to students at three elementary school campuses
• Provide direct services and progress monitoring for one high school student with AAC needs (90 minutes monthly)
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs and educational team members to implement IEPs and therapy goals
• Maintain accurate therapy logs and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment to maximize student participation and achievement
