Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or CFY) for a travel assignment near Dover, DE. This full-time role offers premium compensation, weekly pay, and non-taxable housing and incidentals stipends.

You will serve students from Kindergarten to age 22 with moderate to severe disabilities, collaborate with educators, and develop IEP objectives while enjoying comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• SLP or CFY; eligible for Delaware licensure.
• Background in schools, including SLP-CCC, Autism Specialist, or SLP-CFY.
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities (ages 2–22) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy, addressing assistive technology, AAC, social language, articulation, voice, oral-motor, and feeding needs.
• Conduct diagnostic and evaluation testing and produce insightful reports.
• Develop and update IEP objectives for individual students.
• Effectively collaborate with parents and school teams to track and support student progress.
