AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based contract in Chipley, Florida. This travel assignment involves delivering comprehensive speech and language services to students, developing IEPs, and collaborating with educators and families to support academic progress.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, state licensure, and preferably ASHA CCC. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with housing and travel support provided by AMN Healthcare Allied.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• State License is required to start the assignment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in school, pediatrics, or Early Childhood is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Train and support teachers and staff on integrating speech goals into classroom activities.
