Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel position in Buena Park, CA. You will perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care and the physician's orders.

The role requires active SLP licensure in the assignment state; CCC-SLP certification is preferred or may be required by contract. Benefits include competitive weekly pay and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred or may be required by contract.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current health certificate as per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and document therapy per plan of care.
• Provide and document therapy services in school setting.
• Coordinate with physician orders and school staff as required.
