Job summary

Amergis is seeking a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a travel assignment in Mountain City, TN. You will perform student evaluations and document therapy services according to each plan of care and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment is required
• CCC-SLP certification preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Evaluates students and provides and documents therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student and physician's orders
