Jackson HealthPros is seeking a travel School Physical Therapist for a travel job in Staten Island, New York. The assignment runs for 38 weeks, with 40 hours per week in a school-based setting, starting 09/28/2026 and a standard 8-hour shift.

You will provide physical therapy, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams while maintaining compliant documentation and reporting to district and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board.
• Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC.
• NY fingerprinting required before starting.

Responsibilities
