Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed OT in the practicing state.
• 1+ year school-based experience preferred.
• Experience with IEP meetings and evaluations.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other disciplines to align student occupational goals within educational programs.
• Evaluates student abilities and develops an occupational profile using varied assessments.
• Synthesizes results into reports to guide interventions and program development.
• Develops individualized, occupation-based intervention plans.
• Participates in multidisciplinary teams and IEP meetings to implement plans.
• Attends IEP Team Meetings to coordinate treatments for students.
